Version 2 is being Retired
2009 is the last year for support for Version 2 of ReportMakerPRO. Version 2X is being retired. Any Upgrades to ReportMakerPRO 2007 will include a year of Gold Support which will also support the v2X for an additional year from date of upgrade.

All purchases or upgrades of ReportMakerPro/ReportMakerPro MOBILE include 1 year of Gold Support. Gold support includes email and phone support, automatic notification of updates via e-newsletter, up to 30 minutes of training/assistance. Support responce by end of next business day. Support for up to 3 licenses is included in the Gold Support option.
