Web support is available to all our clients free of charge. Web support includes access to frequently asked questions (FAQs) and online tutorials, as well as self-serve downloads and updates. You may also report bugs or make suggestions via web support.
Standard Support

Price: $89.00 annually
Standard support includes email support, phone support (but not toll-free), and response by the end of the next business day.
Gold Support

$129.00 annually
All purchases or upgrades of ReportMakerPro/ReportMakerPro MOBILE include 1 year of Gold Support. Gold support includes email support, toll-free phone support, automatic notification of updates via e-newsletter, up to 1 hour of training/assistance, and response within 24 business hours. Support for up to 3 licenses is included in the Gold Support option.
Beta Support

Price: N/A
Participants in our beta program will require specialized support options, which may accessed by clicking on the button below. Access to the beta support page requires the entry of a password.
Pay-Per-Incident Support

Price: $39.00 per incident
Customers -- who are not enrolled in our support program and who cannot find what they need via our website -- may receive phone support at a per-incident charge of $39.00. This charge applies to normal technical support for a single issue only; there is a 30 minute limit per incident charge.
